2. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following:

Products that have been consumed or altered in any way

Products that were delivered as scheduled, and no issues were raised at the time of delivery

We do not offer exchanges for our baked goods. However, if we’ve made a mistake with your order, we will either correct it or offer a refund.
