Hi friends! I'm Christa, The baker behind Pop n' Crumble here in Saratoga, Wyoming. If you've ever had one of my cake pops or cookie cakes, you know I love creating treats that are as fun to look at as they are to eat.

This blog is my new little corner of the internet where I'll share what's poppin'. give you sneak peeks at new flavors, and take you behind the scenes of running a micro-bakery under Wyoming's Cottage food Laws.

What is Pop n' Crumble?

Pop n' Crumble started with my habit of always trying something new... This one stuck! From turning simple cakes into something unique. From custom cake pops in every color, flavor, and shape imaginable, to giant cookie cakes decorated for any occasion, everything I make is meant to bring joy to your celebrations - big or small.

And now? I've leveled up with cakesicles, including The Chunk, a bigger, bolder treat currently available in Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
